About the Founder – Rukhsar Shirzad
A Vision Born From Passion, Courage, and Beauty
My name is Rukhsar Shirzad, founder and creative director of Rukhsarbeauty.
I was born on 4 February 2003 in Nangarhar, Afghanistan, and raised in an environment where strength, resilience, and dreams were the most valuable possessions. My journey began far from the beauty industry, but beauty has always lived inside me — in the way I viewed colours, emotions, femininity, and transformation.
Moving to Belgium opened the door to new possibilities. I continued my education up to Grade 8, but most of my real learning came from ambition, self-discipline, and my love for beauty. I taught myself online, studied everything about skincare, entrepreneurship, and branding, and understood one important thing: a dream becomes reality when you refuse to let go of it.
The Birth of Rukhsarbeauty
In 2025, at just 22 years old, I founded Rukhsarbeauty — an international K-beauty brand in Belgium built on passion, authenticity, and trust.
What started from a simple dream soon grew into a bold vision:
- bringing high-quality Korean skincare to Europe
- creating a luxury aesthetic that feels feminine, elegant, and deeply personal
- building a beauty brand that speaks emotionally to the modern girl
- offering real transformation, not just products
Rukhsarbeauty quickly became known for its premium burgundy-white-black identity, dramatic cinematic videos, carefully selected products, and emotional storytelling. The brand represents confidence, softness, and empowerment — a feeling, not just a shop.
